Set Up Store Information
General Store Information The General Control Information form is used to set the user company name and address information. This information is used on report headings and as the return address for the user company. Company: Enter the company name as you wish it to appear on report headings and correspondence. Address: Enter the company's street address. Suite: Line two of the address. City, State: Enter the City and state, separated by a comma. Zip Code: Enter the zip or postal code. Phone: Enter the telephone number to appear on follow-up statements and billings. Federal Id: Enter the company's federal ID number as it should appear on outgoing forms. Report Printer: Enter the name of your Windows default printer as It is setup in windows. Receipt Printer: Enter the name of your Receipt printer as defined in windows. If you do not have a receipt printer, leave blank to print receipts to default printer. Tag Printer: Enter the name of your Tag printer as defined in windows. If you do not have a dedicated Tag printer, print Tags using the Label printer after changing the paper. Label Printer: Enter the name of your Label printer as defined in windows. If you do not have a dedicated Label printer, print Labels using the Tag printer after changing the paper.
