Paid Ins and Paid Outs 
Paid Ins and Paid Outs Use this register special function option to process payments by cash and checks for other non inventory purchases and services. Use the pay-in button to include checks cashed at the bank where those funds are used to feed cash to cash drawers. Other payout choices handle the standard store payouts from the registers for miscellaneous goods and services such as postage, auto reimbursement, etc. The G/L account variables for these services are predefined and supplied with the program. The user however has the ability to set their preferred account numbers and descriptions for these variables.
