Introduction to Resale Connection 
The Resale Connection (Buy Outright and Consignment) Point of Sale software is a Windows (98/NT/2000/XPPRO/VISTA/WIN7) based program with a collection of menus, tables, forms, and reports used to enter and track sales, buys and consignment transactions in a Resale establishment. The system allows the store buyer to easily create computerized inventory from its unique buying process, directly from sellers who bring merchandise into the store. Historical inventory data is automatically used for analysis when the store buy function is in process to help the buyer make intelligent decisions about the items being purchased. This buy process is also enhanced with an interactive link to the internet's EBAY*, theFind* and CPSC* sites based on brand name and / or model (style). This allows the buyer to see current prices matching those to be purchased and also if needed, recall information from the Consumer Protection Safety Council (CPSC). The system does real-time adjustment of inventory for each point of sale transaction, create logs and extensively tracks each and every item thru its' full life cycle. Full networking and multi-user capabilities supports the sharing of data, files and resources between computers and peripherals. The program is also "Touch**-screen Friendly" when configured with Touch**-screen monitors. The program also supports integrated POS equipment and functions including Barcode printing and scanning, Cash Drawers, Pole displays, Tag and Label printing, Receipt printing, Credit card processing, Email and Web interfaces. The Point of Sales system operates similar to a cash register system.
