Close Store(End of Day) 
When all registers have been closed for the day, then the store close function has to be run for the day. Store closing function will not run unless all registers are in a closed status. Users will be asked to perform a store close function if midnight has rolled over and the system is active. If the register and store closings are not performed at the end of the day, the program will request closing out the previous period before the current day can proceed. Closing the registers and day for a previous period will automatically close with the date of the last open day. The store close process will automatically accumulate all the totals from all the closed registers for the period. Users will only need to run their credit card batch out for the day and enter the information for the store close, After all open registers are closed, select the 'Close Store' button on the main menu to initiate the process. The rest of the store closing totals are updated and viewed in 3 browse windows, Pressing the F10 key on each browse screen will finalize the store closing. A complete printable receipt with all information for the entire day's activity is generated.
