From the "Main Menu" window, select the "Maintenance Menu" and then the "System Setup" button.



Enter the sales tax for your state. Optionally you may enter a tax2 rate if you location requires it. Canadian customers should use tax1 for GST and tax2 for PST rates. Tax rates should use the following format example. seven and a half percent = 7.500 eight percent = 8.000
