Customer Wish List

The Wish list feature in Resale Connection allows the store to track specific items not currently available in the store, but has the potential to become available from the frequent Buys and Consignments coming into the stores. Wish-List access is available from both the customer and point of sale screens and is filtered out to match the active Vendor.

Wish list requests are based on Brands, Styles, Colors and Sizes. During the Buy process all items are matched for Brand and Style with the items in the wish list and a notification message is sent to the user at the end of the session. Matched items are also automatically flagged and filtered to a separate Tab in the wish list browse window. The user can then send a notification email from the matched item list to the requesting customer.
