Customer Email

From the email addresses collected when adding Customers and Vendors to the system,you can build a comma delimitted text file (CSV) to be used with email marketing services providers.

To create your Email (CSV) file from your Resale Connection Customer/Vendor list, simply do the following steps......



1) From the toolbar at the top of the resale connection main window, select the Customers button.

2) Select the F8- Email Addresses Tab at the top of the Browse Customer / Vendors window.

3) Select the Build Email Files button at the bottom right corner of the window. Wait for the message below to display.



4) locate the file name (rcemails.csv) displayed in the message box above in the working folder on your computer. This is usually the C:\ResaleConnection folder, unless was setup as a different name when the application was first installed.

5) Send the file via email attachment to your Email service provider.

Use the Total Email Addresses button at the bottom left of the window to get a total count of email addresses.>

please note that your email list will be refreshed each time this process is executed
