Consignor Web Balance Lookup
Prerequisites....1. Store's server computer must have Resale Connection installed.
2. Server must be connected and online to the Internet 24x7 (uninterrupted power supply unit recommended)
3. Web server software program RCWEB.exe (from software vendor) must be installed and running on the server 24x7 in the C:\ResaleConnection folder or folder in which the resale program is installed.
4. An external static IP address is required. (normally available from your Internet provider)
5. Assign the static IP address to your store's server computer.
6. Add port :88 to the IP address to create your Web link address. example link: 190.167.10.75:88
7. Create a "Consignor Balance Look-Up" button on your Website that uses the Web link address.
8. Give your consignors your Website address with the consignor balance look-up button.
9. Consignors should use their email address and web password that was assigned to their store account.
