Consignment Markdowns
The consignment feature in Resale Connection allows for up to 3 inventory price markdowns on consigned items. The consignment vendor's record must be flagged as a type 'C' vendor to optionally setup markdown and rollover options for specific consignors. You may also override the default consignor split for the specific consignor on this Vendor update screen.

On the Consignment tab of the system information screen, the static markdown periods should be set to match the store's markdown policy. for example, period one days = 30, period one percent = 20%, etc. Consignment split amounts will also be automatically calculated to reflect the repriced items. |

To effect the markdown periods and percentages against the consignor's inventory, the 'Consignment Markdowns' process on the Register Options menu screen must be run after the desired period's day count. Markdown reports for any other periods previously processed in the system can be reprinted anytime.  |
