This is a per incidence charge for Users without an active support agreement or for non business hours emergency support. Charge is for each 1/2 hour or portion thereof.
This is a prepaid service for incidences. This service can also be used to purchase remote hardware support from WorkPlace Software. You may want to check our Knowledge Base link above to see if a solution is available for your issue before using this option.
Normal Business Hours are 9:00AM CST to 6:00PM CST Mondays - Fridays except holidays
