Software Policy
Due to the fact that all software purchased from us comes with a minimum of 30 days full product evaluation period, knowledge base, and are downloadable directly from the Internet, we have a no monetary return policy after final release code(s) has been received by the purchaser. We do this because we are unable to remove permanent release codes from the users computer without being physically present. If needed, we will extend your evaluation period for 15 days without customer commitment

Hardware Policy
Unwanted or defective Hardware products must be returned within 10 days of receipt and a return authorization number RMA must be obtained from ResaleBay (WorkPlace Software Systems) prior to return shipping. Products must be in new condition, original packaging and unsoiled. All shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. Products should be returned directly to ResaleBay or designated recipient and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective hardware products to be replaced or exchanged are not subject to a restocking fee. All other standard manufacturers warranty are applicable to products purchased from ResaleBay
 If customer software support agreement has not expired, ResaleBay's support staff will provide limited remote access hardware diagnosis and issue resolutions for components that was purchased from us. Customers that purchase their hardware elsewhere should contact their hardware vendor directly for hardware or network issues.
All Internet and Local Area Network installation, configuration and setup is the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend that you use a certified and experienced computer technician in your local area to handle that aspect of your technology needs.
