Integrated QuickBooks
All editions of the Resale Connection program is designed to interface directly with Quickbooks Pro 2011. This is a paid option in the Gold and Premium versions. The Advanced and Enterprise editions includes this feature option as a part of those versions.
All Check payments written to Vendors, Consignors and Customers for 'Buys', 'Returns', 'Payouts' and other 'Services' will be automatically posted in real-time to the Quickbooks session running on your workstation or network server. At the End of Day (store closing), all non check log transactions are accumulated by journal types and posted to the active Quickbooks session. Journal transaction types selected for posting are mapped to your Quickbooks chart of accounts in an admin setup screen.
