WorkPlace Software Systems and Resalebay Software Companies

Software Policy ....
Due to the fact that all software purchased from us comes with a minimum 15 - 30 days full product evaluation and are downloadable directly from the Internet, we have a no return after final release code has been received by the purchaser. We do this because we are unable to remove permanent release codes from the users computer without being physically present.

Hardware Policy ....
Unwanted or defective Hardware products must be returned within 10 days of receipt and a return authorization number RMA must be obtained from WorkPlace Software prior to return shipping. Products must be in new condition, original packaging and unsoiled. All shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. Products should be returned directly to WorkPlace Software systems or designated recipient and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective hardware products to be replaced or exchanged are not subject to a restocking fee. All other standard manufacturers warranty are applicable to products purchased from WorkPlace Software Systems.

Software Support
Unlimited FREE telephone and Email "pre-sales" support is offered to all prospective purchasers of our point of sale programs. Free software support is continued for 30 days after purchase completion. Ongoing software support is available on an annual prepaid basis at a rate of $150 (single user), $250 (multi user) or $50 per incident if an annual agreement is not active or has expired. All program updates when available are provided FREE via download link to customers with an active support contract.

Documentation and Training
All programs have built-in Help and Training documentation. Simply press the F1 key on your keyboard to access Help anytime while using the program. Some fields have pop-up tips when the cursor is set over the field for a few moments. You will find most of the information at our Knowledge Base Portal link above.

All POS programs purchased from Resalebay are provided with telephone and email training if needed utilizing the software support policy stated above.
